Developed a structural model by Python to simulate carbon market trading behavior and carbon price changes in China under different exogenous conditions and parameter settings.
Developed statistical methodologies to test the feasibility that using Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) method to test the possibility and scale of fraud in CO2 emission calculated by mass balance method and conducted non-parametric tests. Proved CEMS method can detect fraud in emission calculated by mass balance method for at least 5% of whole data, on 95% confidence level.
